Proceedings on Business, Informatics, and Computing (PBIC) collaborates with conference and seminar organizers to ensure the publication of high-quality, peer-reviewed articles. The following guidelines are provided to help organizers prepare, manage, and submit their proceedings content for publication.

1. Conference Eligibility

To be eligible for publication in PBIC:

  • The conference or seminar must be organized by an academic institution, research organization, or professional body.

  • The event should include a clear peer-review process for paper selection.

  • The scope of the event must align with PBIC’s focus areas: business, management, accounting, entrepreneurship, information systems, informatics, data science, AI, networking, and security.

2. Pre-Publication Requirements

Before proceeding with publication, organizers must:

  • Submit a Publication Proposal or MoU to the PBIC Editorial Office.

  • Provide details of the event (title, theme, date, organizer, reviewers, and editorial contact).

  • Ensure that all submitted papers comply with PBIC’s Author Guidelines and Ethical Standards.

  • Appoint a liaison or editor representative from the organizing committee to coordinate with PBIC.

3. Manuscript Submission

  • Organizers must collect final, camera-ready manuscripts in the PBIC template format (4–8 pages).

  • Each paper should be in English and accompanied by author details, affiliation, and ORCID (if available).

  • Files must be submitted as a compiled package (ZIP) or via the PBIC submission system.

  • A paper list (title, author names, and contact email) should be included in Excel format.

4. Review and Verification

  • PBIC reserves the right to conduct an additional editorial and plagiarism check before publication.

  • Organizers are responsible for ensuring that the submitted papers have passed internal peer review.

  • PBIC may reject papers that do not meet scientific or ethical standards.

5. Publication and Indexing

  • Accepted papers will be published under PBIC’s ISSN with DOI assignment for each article.

  • All proceedings will be available as Open Access on PBIC’s website.

  • The editorial team will provide metadata for indexing and archiving purposes.

6. Fees and Payment

  • The publication fee (APC) is determined based on the number of accepted papers and level of editorial support.

  • Organizers must complete payment before the publication schedule is confirmed.

7. Post-Publication Responsibilities

  • Organizers should help disseminate the published proceedings to authors and participants.

  • PBIC may collaborate further for indexing or follow-up special issues.
