Proceedings on Business, Informatics, and Computing (PBIC) applies a transparent and fair policy regarding submission and publication fees.

• Submission Fee: There is no fee for submitting a manuscript for review.

• Article Processing Charge (APC): Authors of accepted papers are required to pay a publication fee to cover the costs of editorial management, peer review, and online publication.

• The amount of the APC and payment procedure will be announced by the conference or seminar organizer in collaboration with PBIC.

• Proof of payment must be uploaded or sent to the editorial team before the paper is processed for publication.

• Payment does not guarantee acceptance; only papers that pass the peer-review process will be published.

Waivers or discounts may be available for authors with special circumstances, subject to the decision of the editorial board.
